Welcome to Delicia! We strive to deliver dining excellence and to share a taste of our region of Mexico, Sonora. We are a small family of five who wanted to share our food with others and have done so successfully for years. Our journey from event caterers, to food truck entrepreneurs to beloved local restaurant owners has been the culmination of over 16 years of culinary expertise, bringing you meticulously crafted dishes that showcase the vibrant colors and savory flavors of our family traditions. Join us at our restaurant in Shingle Springs where we've become a local favorite since January 1st of 2025.
